At h&k handmade, customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want you to be happy with any items you’ve purchased.  Items are packed securely and carefully inspected upon shipping.  

All returns/refunds must be approved by h&k handmade.

All personalized and custom items are final sale.  Please double check your personalization details at check out to ensure you receive the correct item.

All clearance items are final sale.

All teething products are final sale.  Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our baby teething products.

Returns:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.  Tags must still be attached.

Please email us at shop-hk-handmade@outlook.com and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.  We will provide you with an address to mail the returned item.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.  Tracking information (of returned item) must me emailed to us with your order number so we know the package has been sent.  Tracking information must be provided to h&k handmade within 3 days of return approval.  We will email you with the status of your refund within 3-5 business days of receipt of shipment.  If the refund is approved, you will be given a refund for the original purchase price, minus original shipping cost, in the form of a store credit.

Damaged Items:

If your purchase(s) arrive damaged, please email us at shop-hk-handmade@outlook.com.

Damage claims require photograph(s) to show proof of damage or defect as well as proof of purchase. Photographs must include damaged item, packaging, and all packing materials. Claims with all required documentation and photographs must be submitted and received within 48 hours from receipt of shipment. Claims submitted without all required photographs will not be approved.  Please retain all original packaging and packing materials while your claim is being reviewed.
